But femalie version of Pavel Andreievich Chekov (Павел Андреевич Чехов) must be Polina Andreievna Chekova (Полина Андреевна Чехова). Female version of name Pavel is not exist, so I think Polina is the maximum close name. Patronymic Andreievich (it mean "son of Andrei") change to Andreievna (it mean "dother of Andrei"). Patronymic is a very important part of name. For example colleagues call each other by first name and patronymic but not by surname. Russian surnames have different completion depending on the sex, so female surname mus be Chekova.
